CSR - Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
Ā Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Ā Process customer print orders accurately and efficiently
Ā Provide detailed product information about printing services and materials
Ā Resolve customer complaints and address concerns promptly
Ā Maintain accurate customer records in our digital management system
Ā Assist with order tracking and provide status updates to customers
Ā Handle billing inquiries and process payments
Ā Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ā Strong problem-solving abilities
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ā Professional telephone manner
Ā Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Ā Previous customer service experience
Ā Knowledge of printing industry terminology
Ā Experience with order processing systems
Ā Associate's degree or some college education
