Job Description:
Developing and refining the CSNP product and growth strategy to achieve business objectives
Serving as the CSNP champion and organizational subject matter expert for products and programs designed for individuals with chronic conditions
Partnering with product, market, and sales associations to analyze competitive products and fit within the overall portfolio
Ensuring alignment and coordination of all Aetna capabilities working at the enterprise, HCB, segment, and market levels in support of the CSNP strategy
Championing CSNP needs with regulatory policy teams to understand the landscape of government initiatives in key markets and support advocacy for enterprise policy
Requirements:
Several years of experience in Medicaid and/or Medicare operations, management, or administrative leadership
Proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in measurable positive outcomes
Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; ability to build and maintain credible relationships at multiple levels of the organization simultaneously
Experience with enterprise-wide or cross-functional large-scale initiatives with a high level of complexity
