About the position
Cigna Supplemental Benefits (CSB) is looking for a Business Project Senior Advisor to lead strategic initiatives within the CSB Portfolio, which includes Medicare Supplement and Supplemental Health & Life products. This role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of project plans to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage complex, time-sensitive projects and coordinate with numerous internal partners to achieve organizational objectives.

ā¢ Develop and manage project plans, ensuring leadership is aware of critical items and project status.

ā¢ Evaluate project status and resource utilization, implementing changes to enhance team effectiveness.
,
ā¢ Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders as needed.
,
ā¢ Monitor project progress, manage issues and risks, and ensure operational readiness through updated deliverables and status reports.
Requirements
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree and 7 or more years of related work experience in project management.

ā¢ Strong preference for candidates with a healthcare background.
,
ā¢ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools and methodologies.
,
ā¢ Working knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred.

ā¢ Strong relationship management skills to manage multiple stakeholders' expectations.

ā¢ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with poise in front of senior audiences.
,
ā¢ Ability to manage ambiguity and drive collaborative results.
,
ā¢ Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within specified timeframes.

ā¢ Demonstrated ability to influence across a matrixed organization and build trusting partnerships.

ā¢ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing tactical needs.
