CSA - Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities:
⢠Provide outstanding customer support and ensure a memorable customer experience
⢠Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner
⢠Develop and maintain a customer database, source and develop client referrals
⢠Make presentations of our products and services to current and potential clients
⢠Ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationships
⢠Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
⢠Outfit Service Technicians and make sure products are allocated correctly
⢠Answer and Schedule Service Calls
⢠Process Paperwork on Service Calls
Requirements:
⢠At least 2 years of experience as a successful CSR (Call Center or Security monitoring experience is a BIG plus)
⢠Excellent customer focus, verbal and written communication skills
⢠Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
⢠Proficiency with basic computer skills including experience moving between multiple computer screens while entering data
⢠Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
⢠Ability to quickly learn new software, interfaces, and systems
⢠Ability to work in a team environment
⢠Excellent problem-solving skills
⢠Customer-first mentality
⢠"I can do" attitude
