You’ll script, shoot, edit, and publish 4–7 short-form YouTube videos per week (15–90 seconds each) that turn complex blockchain analytics into binge-worthy, shareable stories. • Own the full creative lifecycle: trend scouting, hook writing, rapid A/B testing of thumbnails & titles, comment moderation, and weekly performance reporting. Expect to iterate daily—if a format flops by noon, you’ll have a new cut live by dinner. • Translate Token Metrics’ proprietary AI indicators (sentiment scores, predictive rankings, portfolio bots) into relatable memes, skits, and visual metaphors that make viewers say “I finally get it.” You’ll frequently appear on-screen, so comfort as a host or actor is essential. • Collaborate with our Athens-based marketing squad and data scientists to time content around market-moving events—FOMC meetings, Bitcoin halvings, ETF approvals—turning volatility into views and views into free-trial sign-ups. • Build and nurture a community of retail traders, fund managers, and crypto-curious Gen-Z viewers. Reply to comments, pin top questions, and spin user-generated clips into reaction videos that keep the algorithm feeding you fresh eyeballs. • Experiment with cross-platform pollen: repurpose winning YouTube Shorts into TikTok, IG Reels, and Twitter video, then funnel new subscribers back to our long-form webinars and newsletter.
