Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Recommend cruise lines, ships, and itineraries based on client preferences.
ā¢ Coordinate pre- and post-cruise travel, including flights and hotel stays.
ā¢ Book specialty dining, excursions, and onboard experiences.
ā¢ Track promotions, upgrades, and loyalty program benefits.
ā¢ Maintain expert-level knowledge of major cruise lines and destinations.
What You Bring:
ā¢ Prior experience booking or selling cruises (preferred).
ā¢ Strong knowledge of ocean and river cruise options.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and stay organized.
ā¢ Excellent customer service and upselling skills.
