Cruise Ship Executive Chef
Are you a seasoned Executive Chef with substantial cruise ship experience, looking for your next challenge on land? This is a unique opportunity to manage a large-scale operation in Egypt, comprising 20 food and beverage outlets, including an all-day buffet restaurant, Ć la carte restaurants, lounges, pool bars, and ad-hoc restaurant concepts.
The Role:
ā¢ Oversee daily operations for diverse F&B outlets
ā¢ Lead and manage a large culinary team to deliver exceptional service
ā¢ Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations across multiple restaurants and bars
ā¢ Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cost control
Requirements:
ā¢ Extensive cruise ship experience, ideally managing large teams and operations
ā¢ Strong leadership skills, with experience managing complex F&B outlets
ā¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
ā¢ Single or married status (no children)
Salary: US$100,000 ā US$120,000 net per year
Start Date: Available January 2025
