CRM Telephony Plugin Developer (HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo)
Overview We are looking to hire an experienced developer to build CRM plugins/chrome extension that will allow our customers to initiate voice calls directly from within major CRMs, including: - HubSpot - Zoho CRM - Odoo CRM - Salesforce - Freshworks The plugin/chrome extension should allow a CRM user to click a phone number and instantly trigger a call via our platform, using our API. The solution should be clean, reliable, secure, and easy for customers to install. Features - Click-to-Call - Add a call button next to contact phone numbers. - Trigger a call via our API. - Call Window - Show call status: dialing, ringing, active, ended. - Note taking capability during calls - Plugin Config Page - Enter and save TelVoIP API key / token. - Validate connection. - Integrations with CRM APIs - Log completed calls in the CRM timeline. - Inbound call notifications. - Marketplace submission support. Tech Requirements - Experience with CRM plugin development (HubSpot extensions, - Zoho widgets, Odoo modules). - Strong Typescript/JavaScript skills. - Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth/token auth. - Telephony or VoIP integration experience.
