Position Overview:

We are seeking a CRM Systems Manager to oversee our Salesforce-based CRM system and additional integrated products. This role is critical in managing our customer relationships, supporting internal teams, and driving the ongoing development and optimization of our CRM and associated infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and contribute to a migration process while balancing day-to-day operational tasks
• Manage and maintain our Salesforce-based CRM system, including database management and entitlements
• Manage the relationship with the CRM provider and any integrated third-party products
• Continuously improve and optimize CRM functionalities to meet evolving business needs using APIs and automation technologies
• Serve as the main line of internal support for CRM-related issues and queries. Provide training and support to end-users, including upskilling the team on new initiatives
• Oversee coverage elements, including clients, partners, and internal sales & trading teams
• Ensure data integrity and proper utilization of data both within and outside the CRM system
• Manage and update accounts and contacts, reporting, and other database related details on an ongoing basis and as requested by sales and corporate access teams
• Support additional CRM and technology requests as needed, especially as they relate to the broader data ecosystem

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience with financial database management.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Strong technical ability and understanding of CRM architectures and data systems.
• Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience in managing relationships with software vendors and third-party integrators.
• Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day support and maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in data management.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven experience with SS&C Tier 1 and/or Singletrack
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder)
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Microsoft Power BI Experience
• Familiarity with common CRM integrations and bolt-on products
• Background in project management, particularly in system migrations or upgrades
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
• Experience with Agile methodologies in software development and implementation
