CRM Specialist

Murad is currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated CRM Specialist to support the development, execution, and optimization of customer lifecycle marketing programs. The ideal candidate will help drive CRM excellence by partnering closely with multiple teams to deliver engaging, revenue-driving customer experiences throughout the lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, loyalty, subscription, and printed campaignsAssist in building and maintaining automated lifecycle flows (welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, winback, etc.)Segment audiences based on behavioral, transactional, and engagement dataQA campaigns and flows to ensure accuracy in content, targeting, and trackingAnalyze campaign performance and provide reporting on KPIs, including open rate, click rate, conversion rate, revenue, and retentionCollaborate with creative, product, and eCommerce teams to align messaging with promotions and launchesMaintain CRM calendar and ensure timely deployment of campaignsSupport A/B testing initiatives to improve engagement and revenue performanceMonitor list health, deliverability, and data hygiene best practicesSkills1–3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or digital marketingExperience with Klaviyo and AttentiveFamiliarity with email and SMS best practices and segmentation strategiesStrong analytical skills and comfort working with performance dataProficiency in Excel or Google SheetsBasic understanding of HTML/CSS for email editingExperience in ShopifyBenefitsUnlimited Paid Time OffMedical, Dental, Vision InsuranceFSA/HSALife/Accident InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Professional Development Resources401(k) Employer Match ProgramUniversal BonusCompany OverviewMurad combines advanced scientific research and practical clinical experience to create high performance skincare products.
