Position: Data quality / CRM operations Evaluator
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80ā$120/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
ā¢ Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
ā¢ Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
ā¢ Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs for accuracy and rigor.
ā¢ Work independently and asynchronously to ensure high-quality results.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Data quality / CRM operations.
ā¢ Native or professional fluency in English.
ā¢ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint).
Preferred
ā¢ Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution.
