CRM Manager
Job Description:
• Design and launch multi-stage user journeys and trigger-based communication flows across all channels
• Own bonus & promo logic end-to-end: calculate cost, expected value, risk, then configure it inside the platform
• Build deep audience segmentation and keep it clean, validated, and exclusion-aware
• Create CRM copy and build templates across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels
• QA everything before it goes live: rendering, personalization, journey logic, bonus mechanics
• Run A/B tests, track OR/CTR/CVR/deliverability, and turn data into weekly/monthly reports
• Maintain docs, naming conventions, and the internal knowledge base
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Customer.io (or similar CRM platforms) + BI/BO tooling
• Strong understanding of bonus mechanics and promo economics
• Ability to both write the copy and build the flow no hand-offs needed
• Analytical mindset: you don't just launch, you measure
• Experience with A/B testing and lifecycle performance analysis
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, and support
• Bonus: competitive CRM analysis and strategic input on funnel development
