Position Summary
· This position is responsible for the analysis, design, development, and implementation of our Zoho implementation. The ideal candidate will be a software developer who has experience with the Zoho product suite and Java. The individual should be capable of performing a wide range of software lifecycle tasks including design, coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and user support.
Responsibilitie
s· Evaluate existing Zoho environment and develop an improvement roadma
p· Design and develop Zoho CRM applications, Flows, APIs, reports, dashboards, screen layout, and integrations
.· Collaborate with project teams to estimate work effort and/or time requirements to complete development of specific requirements
.· Develop and execute software testing plans to support migrations and implementation of changes to existing applications and infrastructure system
s· Create and maintain documentation as appropriate for code, applications, and processe
