Responsibilities β’ Implement Salesforce solutions tailored for government or public sector clients. β’ Manage system integration and data migration processes within Salesforce. β’ Customize Salesforce applications to meet specific client needs. β’ Utilize Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce for development tasks. β’ Collaborate with project management tools like Jira to track project progress. β’ Provide support for third-party integrations with Salesforce. Requirements β’ 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, particularly in government or public sector settings. β’ Proven experience in system integration, data migration, and customization within Salesforce. β’ Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and third-party integrations. β’ Strong understanding of public sector operations and workflows. β’ Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, and reporting tools such as PowerBI. β’ At least one relevant Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Implementation Expert. Nice-to-haves β’ Experience working in or with county government entities. β’ Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies. β’ Experience implementing Salesforce for case management, service requests, and community engagement solutions.
