Job Description: β€’ Role Overview: design, implement, and optimize CRM systems for homebuilders, focusing on HubSpot and integrations with ERP, warranty, and marketing automation tools. β€’ Key Responsibilities: Lead HubSpot implementation for lead management, sales tracking, and post-sale customer service; develop and automate workflows, pipelines, and lead-nurturing sequences; design custom dashboards, reports, and analytics for sales, project management, and customer service; ensure seamless integration with ERP, warranty management software, and marketing automation platforms; provide training and documentation; troubleshoot issues; maintain data integrity, compliance, and security. β€’ Qualifications & Skills: 3+ years in CRM implementation; HubSpot expertise; Salesforce experience; knowledge of homebuilder sales processes; API integrations; data structures and KPIs; strong problem-solving and communication; independent remote work. Requirements: β€’ 3+ years of experience in CRM implementation β€’ HubSpot expertise is a must, with hands-on experience configuring workflows, automations, and integrations tailored to homebuilders. β€’ Experience with Salesforce is a plus, including Sales Cloud, integrations, and reporting for homebuilder sales and operations teams. β€’ Strong understanding of homebuilder sales processes, from lead generation to contract signing and post-sale customer service. β€’ Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and CRM customizations. β€’ Knowledge of CRM data structures, reporting, and analytics for homebuilder KPIs. β€’ Ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize CRM performance. β€’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users in the homebuilding industry. β€’ Strong problem-solving and project management skills. β€’ Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. β€’ Certifications in HubSpot and/or Salesforce (e.g., HubSpot Solutions Architect, Salesforce Administrator).
