CRM Communications Lead - Salesforce (Remote)
Job Description Summary: This role will maximize the investments the business makes in commercial systems, most notably in Salesforce/CRM tools. They will drive enablement of service and field service business processes within our current and expanding commercial systems. They will forge strong partnerships both inside and outside the organization, and develop engaging communication strategies to both focused and wide audiences.

What you will do
The CRM Marketing & Communications Lead will be a key member of Stryker Endoscopy's Commercial Systems Team. This individual will:
Β System Innovation and Strategy
Β Identify underutilized or emerging system capabilities that align with service business strategies
Β Stay informed on system upgrades, new features, and industry best practices to drive continuous innovation
Β Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT to ensure system enhancements align with user needs
Β Leverage analytics to measure the impact of service system enhancements
Β Communication and Engagement Strategy
Β Generate excitement around innovation efforts by leveraging storytelling, success stories, and testimonials
Β Collaborate with team and stakeholders to create training materials and communication to support technology adoption
Β Actively engage in research, forums, and professional communities to share insights and best practices
Β Develop clear, engaging, and visually compelling communication for internal teams to drive awareness and adoption of system enhancements
Β Use data-driven insights to refine communication strategies and training initiative
Β Stakeholder Alignment and Management
Β Build and maintain strong relationships with service, IT, and commercial operations teams to align system capabilities with business needs
Β Act as a trusted advisor to internal service partners, providing guidance on technology enablement and workflow improvements
Β Advocate for user experience enhancements, ensuring tools and processes meet the needs of service teams and customers
Β Work collaboratively with internal Commercial System team, IT and external vendors to scope, test, and deploy new service-related features and system improvement
Β Project Management
Β Manage the Commercial Systems teamΒs service and field service projects
Β Drive change management efforts

Β Bachelor's Degree
Β 4+ years of work experience experience

Β Medical Device experience
Β $77,200 - $160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.*
