The Ford Pro Marketing team is seeking a talented, experienced, and passionate professional to lead the vision of marketing strategy (acquisition and retention) for key customer groups and events. Lead the development of targeted and holistic marketing experiences and marketing programs that drive business by deepening ongoing customer engagements and lifetime value. What you'll be able to do:
Lead efforts for deeper targeting and personalization within Ford commercial 1:
1... customer marketing experiences, including always on programs, timely and opportunistic campaigns, event integration, surprise & delight strategies, etc. Introduce innovative solutions that will have a transformational impact on the commercial business (i.e., new programs, services, value add opportunities, etc.) Set vision for future campaign management framework then build teams/processes/programs from ground-up, and gain leadership alignment on needed investments Lead advancement of what key KPIs are valuable and work with key partners to build ability to regularly measure progress Input to business requirements for MarTech stack and agency support and vision for data-driven measurement Work with Data and Analytics team to input to vision and roadmap for first party data and analytics to power data driven marketing experiences that expand existing commercial customer engagement and inform customer acquisition strategies. Collaborate and establish connections across a broad range of partner stakeholders within a complex organization, and across external partners Manage budget to ensure vendors are on track and proactively identify any issues or opportunities to maximize budget and/or vendors The minimum requirements we seek:
Bachelor's Degree 10
years in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or Marketing field (client or agency) Our preferred requirements:
Master's degree Previous automotive industry (OEM, services or fleet management) experience is highly preferred Experience with the marketing landscape - including platforms fueling paid media, websites, apps, outbound marketing, social media dynamic creative and measurement for direct-to-customer marketing experiences Direct experience working with cross functional teams including:
strategy, planning, sales, IT/MarTech, analytics to define data-driven approaches that drive business value Excellent presentation skills that will bring the work to life in a clear and concise manner Experience with data-driven marketing, optimizing based on data and driving real time results for the business; ability to translate data insights across different audiences Experience with marketing cloud technology (Salesforce, Adobe, etc.), and experience navigating opportunities with emerging solutions Capable in applicable technical software related to CRM and retention, including practical experience leading multi-channel activation programs Resourceful, open minded, positive attitude; inspired by challenges and undefined spaces Knowledge of marketing and data privacy regulations
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
