CRM Automation Engineer; Remote
Position: CRM Automation Engineer (Remote) We are Kubikware™, a digital agency with 20+ years of experience designing and developing web and mobile platforms, as well as video games, AR/VR apps, and AI/ML. We are headquartered in Miami, FL, with a strong South American team, and have clients and partners in the US market of all sizes and verticals. Among other accolades, we are a 5-time Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America honoree. We are looking to expand our amazing roster with a CRM Automation Engineer located in Latin America . This role will focus on building and maintaining end-to-end automations that connect Salesforce with the rest of the business stack, helping reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. As we are currently working with multiple companies on different products and platforms, we have several projects where someone with a strong automation and integrations mindset can make a real impact. We are looking for: • 3+ years of professional experience working with CRM automation, integrations, or Rev Ops tooling • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n (self-hosted), Go High Level, Zapier, or Make • Strong experience with arenaflex Apps Script (Sheets, Gmail, Docs, Drive) • Solid understanding of CRM concepts (leads, pipelines, lifecycle stages, routing) • Experience integrating systems using REST APIs and webhooks • Ability to combine low-code/no-code tools with light scripting • Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Nice to have: • Experience working with Salesforce (admin, integrations, or automation side) • Background in Rev Ops, Growth, or Operations • Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments • Familiarity with marketing automation and sales enablement tools We offer: • Fully remote • Long-term • Full-time • No timezone shifting • Compensation in US Dollars If you are as excited to learn more as we are in working with you, please submit your resume and let’s be in touch!
