At Welltech, we strive to be proactive wellness partners for our users while continually evolving ourselves.What We're Looking For As a CRM Analyst, you'll play a key role in optimizing our current operations and ensuring data-driven decisions. Key responsibilities:Improving Dashboard & Reporting Efficiency: Creating and maintaining performance and deep dive reports, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.Enhancing A/B Test Analysis: Conducting additional calculations for A/B tests and providing optimization recommendations.Delivering Prompt Ad-Hoc Data: Fulfilling specific data requests for strategic planning, segmentation, and troubleshooting.Proactive Data Quality Management: Monitoring data integrity, identifying, and resolving discrepancies, and collaborating on data source improvements.Conducting Root Cause Analysis: Investigating performance dips or spikes to identify underlying causes and support strategic decisions.Supporting CRM Team Meetings: Preparing data and presenting findings to the CRM team to align on goals and strategies.Required skills:2+ years of experience working with mobile products in a Product or Data Analyst role.Strong experience working with raw data, demonstrating excellent SQL knowledge.
