Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation in Criminal Defense cases, ensuring each client feels supported and informed.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents with precision, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored legal strategies that align with their unique needs and goals.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Participate in court proceedings, presenting cases with confidence and clarity to uphold clients' interests.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, empathy, and a commitment to their well-being and success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Criminal Law, preferrably 2-3 years.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic legal plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Proven track record of successful courtroom representation and negotiation skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills to support case preparation and strategy.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain client relationships and provide clear guidance.
• Commitment to mentoring and developing junior attorneys and support staff.
• Familiarity with legal technology tools to enhance case management and client service.
