Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide legal representation to clients facing criminal charges in Charlotte, NC.
ā¢ Engage in negotiations with prosecutors to advocate for clients' best interests.
ā¢ Create personalized case strategies to address the unique needs of each client.
ā¢ Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant statutes to build a strong defense.
ā¢ Prepare legal documentation such as pleadings, motions, and settlements.
ā¢ Effectively manage a diverse caseload, meet deadlines, and prioritize client communication.
Qualifications:
