Demonstrating effective sales techniques is also a key part of the role, as you will be responsible for meeting expectations for loyalty card sales and upselling products. Additionally, you will ensure the security of cash and tickets, enforce the movie ratings system, and maintain the cleanliness of the theatre. The Crew member position is part-time and requires a commitment to maintaining regular attendance for all scheduled shifts. You will be provided with a uniform, including a black t-shirt and nametag, while you will need to supply your own black pants, shoes, and belt. Responsibilities
? Exhibit excellent guest service skills.

? Answer guest questions courteously and accurately or direct them to the appropriate resource.

? Work effectively with supervisors and co-workers.

? Multitask effectively, including greeting guests, tearing and scanning tickets, checking IDs, and answering guest questions.

? Demonstrate consistent and effective sales techniques, including loyalty card sales and upselling.

? Complete transactions accurately and thank guests after service.
,
? Ensure the security of all cash, receipts, and tickets.
,
? Enforce the movie ratings system courteously and effectively.
,
? Distribute and maintain Assisted Moviegoing Equipment.
,
? Clean and maintain the theatre's interior and exterior areas, including auditoriums and restrooms.
,
? Perform nightly custodial duties as necessary.
,
? Control access to the theatre and monitor auditoriums for quality and audience behavior.
,
? Perform daily stocking and maintenance duties.
,
? Follow all procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
,
? Maintain regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts.
,
? Assist with other Crew functions and perform other duties as directed.

Requirements
? Ability to stand, walk, lift, twist, and bend frequently.

? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet.
