1-7 years of Creditors Rights Associate Attorney (Must have)
Admission to Pennsylvania Bar ( Must have)
Experience in the representation of unsecured creditors, financial institutions, equipment sellers/lessors, and/or collection for taxing
Understanding civil procedure, debt collection, and judgment enforcement, an excellent courtroom presence, and a solid commitment to achieving successful outcomes for our clients.
Regular court appearances in bankruptcy cases, receiverships, and related litigation
Strong research and writing skills
Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
Client-facing experience
Ability to work well with a team
Detail-oriented and organized
