What are we looking for: • Evaluate customer accounts for any issues relating to reconciliations/statements ensuring aging balances are investigated and resolved timely; • Contact customers to remind and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments due; • Meet or exceed monthly collection targets to ensure timely cash flow; • Effectively manage customer inquiries and disputes; • Develop and implement strategies for recovering long-overdue account receivables; • Maintain accurate credit and collection files and perform monthly portfolio analysis; • Analyze accounts to recommend and establish an appropriate reserve for bad debts. What do you bring: • A Master degree in Finance, accountant or any other related field; • Complete professional fluency in English and French. Proficiency in Spanish and Italian is a distinct advantage; • 1-2 years+ of experience in a credit control role with high volume of transaction processing in financial ERP; • You ideally will have knowledge/experience in Microsoft Business Central (Dynamics/Navision); • Strong reporting skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights; • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment; • You have a proven track record of being highly organized with an ability to drive work to completion independently with a strong attention to detail; • You will have had experience working to tight deadlines.
