Responsibilities
Ā Analyze customer credit data to assess creditworthiness

Ā Handle customer inquiries related to credit applications and accounts

Ā Use accounting software systems and CRM to process customer applications

Ā Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications and credit status

Ā Perform cash flow analysis to evaluate customer financial status
,
Ā Utilize the ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system for efficient data management
,
Ā Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely receipt of payments
,
Ā Implement collection processes for overdue accounts
,
Ā Utilize 3M and ADP - Financial Services tools for data analysis and reporting

Ā Continuously update and improve credit application processes.
