Responsibilities
Provide support and guidance to customers to ensure an exceptional experience.

Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat regarding claims adjudication and provider credentialing.

Utilize medical terminology effectively in communications and documentation.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain records related to claims and credentialing processes.
Requirements
Experience in a claims or credentialing environment.

Knowledge of medical terminology.
,
Some experience in a medical office setting.
,
Ability to type accurately at a speed of 40 WPM.
Nice-to-haves
Action-oriented and problem-solving mindset.

Self-motivated with strong customer service skills.
