Senior Specialist, Credentialing

The budgeted hiring range for this position is $28-31/hour.

Position Summary:

The Senior Specialist, Credentialing will support Experiential Learning Placements by providing learners a pathway. Communicates with Specialists I, II, and III in Credentialing Support. Monitors learners' needs as it relates to their upcoming rotation.

Role and Responsibilities:
Ā• Completes pre- and post-semester projects.
Ā• Acts as the first point of contact for our learner population.
Ā• Creates meetings with learners to assist with the EL portal.
Ā• Maintains communication with collaborators and leadership to maintain learner satisfaction.
Ā• Assesses learner's schedule and EL portal to correctly triage their requests and concerns.
Ā• Communicates rotational information to learners and the rationale for their compliance.
Ā• Communicates and explains the College's policies to the learner population.
Ā• Cascades changes and updates through all appropriate channels of communication regarding compliancy changes.
Ā• Utilizes portals to maintain support consistency in communication with our learners.
Ā• Completes daily inbox audits to identify any needs for immediate adjustment.
Ā• Participates in the successful implementation of cross-functional projects.
Ā• Participates in functional and cross-functional meetings.
Ā• Provides outreach to learners regarding placement needs until resolution is achieved.
Ā• Attends cross-functional meetings to provide support to fellow collaborators.
Ā• Utilizes technology cross-functional to support consistency in communication and data integrity.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Ā• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or an associate degree with additional certification is required.
Ā• A minimum of one year of experience processing applications and credentialing in an education or healthcare environment is required.
Ā• A minimum of one year of experience in staffing and scheduling is required.
Ā• Demonstrated experience producing professional communication and correspondence is required.
Ā• Demonstrated experience providing a high standard of customer service.
Ā• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products is required.
Ā• Demonstrated experience with Customer Relationship Management software required.

All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
