Creative Strategist & Marketing Coordinator
Overview
Mosh & Shout is seeking a Creative Strategist and Marketing Coordinator to support an ongoing engagement with client, one of the most iconic names in the contract furniture and workplace design industry. This role sits at the intersection of creative production and sales enablement, supporting the Influencer Strategy team focused on Architecture & Design (A&D) and Business Development (BD) audiences.
What You'll Own
Development and production of sales enablement tools and marketing assets for A&D and BD channels
Pitch decks, presentation design, and sales collateral
Campaign support materials — one-pagers, lookbooks, event assets, digital content
BD marketing coordination — ensuring the right tools exist for the sales team to tell the client story effectively
Asset organization and version control
Collaborating with the internal client team and Mosh & Shout leadership to execute on creative briefs
Scope
15 hours per month
Project-based with potential for ongoing engagement
Async-first workflow
You're a Strong Fit If You:
Have 3+ years in creative strategy, marketing design, or sales enablement
Understand the A&D, contract furniture, or commercial interiors industry — this is a major plus
Can produce polished, professional assets independently
Are fluent in both strategic thinking and hands-on design execution
Work efficiently within a defined scope and hit deadlines without chasing
Tools
Canva, Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, Google Workspace — proficiency in all preferred
