Creative Strategist

We’re looking for a bold, imaginative, and strategic Creative Strategist to drive the creative direction across multiple performance-driven accounts. Each strategist leads the creative vision for their assigned brands — from concept to execution — while working closely with the Head of Creative and collaborating across teams.You’ll be the strategic driver behind every piece of content: building messaging systems, crafting compelling ad narratives, and mentoring creative producers to push performance boundaries. This role is about marrying data with storytelling, creative instinct with consumer insight — and doing so with clarity, confidence, and collaborative energy.Salary: $3000+ (negotiable depending on qualification/experience)Type of Work: Full-time remoteWork Schedule: North America hoursResponsibilitiesCreative Direction & Account Ownership Lead creative direction for client accounts from ideation to execution. Develop messaging frameworks aligned with client goals and performance data. Guide designers, editors, and content teams to ensure cohesive output. Strategic Storytelling Create ad concepts using consumer psychology and emotional triggers. Turn insights into high-performing content and evolving brand messaging. Collaboration & Mentorship Support the Head of Creative in maintaining high creative standards. Mentor team members through feedback and creative guidance. Partner with media buyers and campaign managers to align goals. Requirements In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry). A strong portfolio that showcases your thinking, copywriting, and performance creativity. Excellent copywriting and messaging development skills — across short-form and visual-first content. Comfort with interpreting performance data to inform creative pivots. Experience collaborating across teams and disciplines in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Reliable high-speed internet connection (with backup).
