Creative Landing Page Designer Needed

The ideal candidate should be proficient in translating text-based ideas into engaging and effective web pages. I like colorful landing pages and to capture people's interest, so trying to stay away from boring standard designs with little color apart from basic text.
Would love for you to have the initiative to source / create AI generated images and badges in in order to make the page look nicer. Currently I have about 400 Computer Repair Websites that I manage in Australia.
I'm not interested in paying fixed price but instead hourly at a max of $5AUD with time tracking enabled. Initially I will hire several people to test what they can output first.
