Creative Director, Experience Design
We're seeking a Creative Director, Experience Design to support a leading advertising company. This Hybrid, NYC opportunity is ideal for a seasoned creative professional passionate about shaping meaningful digital experiences for B2B audiences.
*Creative Director, Experience Design Responsibilities:*
* Lead the development of conceptual frameworks across brand, web, and customer experience programs.
* Translate brand strategies into compelling experiential and visual narratives.
* Establish and communicate the overall creative vision for each project.
* Define the emotional and interaction tone that guides experience design.
* Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure coherence between storytelling and digital interfaces.
*Creative Director, Experience Design Qualifications:*
* 8-15+ years of experience in brand, digital, or integrated creative roles.
* Proven expertise leading brand systems and digital experiences with a strong portfolio.
* Demonstrated ability to direct the emotional flow of user journeys and evaluate UX processes for clarity.
* Experience providing creative feedback to multidisciplinary teams and partnering with development teams.
* Strong leadership qualities, empathetic communication skills, and the ability to inspire and guide creative teams.
