As a Creative Director at Code3, you are a proven leader, creative strategist, storyteller and dazzling presenter. You are responsible for leading a portfolio of clients with dedicated team members assigned across those accounts. You leverage cross-category expertise to guide clients in what they should and can be doing to effectively meet their business objectives and drive KPI’s. You can bring your own ideas to life, as well as collaborate with other creatives to determine the best visual execution of a concept. Flexibility and collaboration are keys to success as we're not the traditional agency creative team. We're looking for someone who understands the nuance of every channel and speaks social trends fluently - but also sees beyond the pixels and pushes the boundaries of what the big picture looks like (and is able to communicate that to clients). You will report into the Head of Creative and you’ll have other members of the Creative team reporting into you.
What you’ll do:
Oversee creative strategy that informs advertising outputs across clients
Deliver on creative vision and ensure creative excellence
Receive and provide constructive feedback from/to internal teams and clients
Guide copywriters and designers in framing the ideas and storytelling via storyboards, mocks, write-ups, etc.
Create 1-1 relationships with clients, acting as a trusted creative partner to senior level marketing leaders
Support in managing the creative operations with leadership team
Mentor Creative team members
Integrate with other departments to ensure all work is cohesive and we are growing client relationships
Balance working across multiple projects and workstreams, and support creative team members in prioritizing their work as needed
Partner with the growth team and other team leaders to create compelling pitch materials - and pitch them - to drive Code3 revenue

You should have:
Experience building a creative team/offering that is social and digital centered

A portfolio that wows - ideally with design experience
An openness to experimentation and curiosity around AI and new technology
Deep familiarity with social platforms (paid and organic), retail/commerce platforms (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, etc) and video (i.e. CTV)

Salary Information: The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $155,000 and is commensurate with candidate experience and location. Compensation for this position also includes up to a 10% bonus based on performance.
