About Royal Eyez Royal Eyez is a Miami-based creative studio producing high-impact visuals for artists, brands, and entrepreneurs from campaign shoots to short-form video and storytelling content. We’re building a team of creators who move fast, think bigger than trends, and execute with taste. What You’ll Do As Creative Director, you will lead concepts from idea to execution. You’ll help shape the vision, align the team, and make sure every project looks intentional and on-brand. Responsibilities • Lead creative direction for campaigns, brand shoots, and short-form content • Build concepts and treatment decks (mood boards, shot lists, visual references) • Direct on set guide talent, styling, lighting mood, framing, and flow • Collaborate with photographer, videographer, and editor to deliver a cohesive final • Ensure brand consistency across deliverables (Reels, BTS, web assets, campaign visuals) • Manage creative pre-production wardrobe guidance, prop lists, locations, call sheets (with support) • Keep projects moving clear direction, fast feedback, high standards • Bring original ideas that match the client’s goals (not just what’s trending) What We’re Looking For • Strong creative taste and the ability to communicate vision clearly • Experience directing shoots (photo and/or video) and working with a production team • Comfortable creating mood boards and translating them into real execution • Organized, responsive, and calm under pressure • Strong understanding of social-first content (IG/TikTok) and brand storytelling • Based in Miami or able to travel locally for shoots Nice to Have • Experience in music/artist content, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands • Ability to edit or shoot (not required, but helpful) • A clean portfolio showing creative direction, not just final images Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement Royal Eyez LLC is an Equal Opportunity employer and considers applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law.
