The role involves designing and producing marketing graphics for both print and digital platforms while collaborating with the team to ensure alignment with branding guidelines.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to design and produce internal and external marketing graphics for both print and digital platforms. Deliverables may include advertisements, brochures, posters, editorial layouts, web banners, website assets, social media posts, event signage, emails, wordmarks, icons, infographics and presentationsWork with existing templates and create designs aligned with the company’s branding guidelinesDevelop creative concepts and apply them across all visual elements for marketing campaignsSkillsStrong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, layout and brandingAbility to maintain visual consistency within established brand guidelinesExpertise in preparing high-quality, print-ready files and digital assets for various platformsStrong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to deliver tailored, on-brand solutions under tight deadlinesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage projects from concept through final delivery in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications teamPositive, customer-focused attitudeAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyStrong interpersonal skills; highly motivated, organized and detail orientedExperience creating motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, Animate, and Premiere Pro; videography experience is a strong assetFamiliarity with CMS platforms and basic web languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is considered an assetCompany OverviewBrokerLink is an insurance brokerage company that offers car, home, property, personal, and business insurance claims.
