20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. The client is a property owner seeking a part-time Sales & Outreach Virtual Assistant to manage cold outreach efforts to property owners, landowners, and contractors.
Requirements
ā¢ 2+ years of cold calling or outbound sales experience
ā¢ Strong experience using a sales dialer (required)
ā¢ Excellent English communication skills (native or near-native accent required ā Level A/B)
ā¢ Confident and persuasive phone presence
ā¢ Strong email writing skills for professional follow-ups
ā¢ Experience working with property owners, contractors, or real estate prospects (preferred)
ā¢ Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent outreach activity
ā¢ Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
