Overview 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to a growing credit repair business. The ideal candidate will assist in managing credit dispute processes using Dispute Fox software, handle client communications, and help maintain daily business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in credit repair or administrative assistance who enjoys working independently in a structured, client-focused environment. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: • Assist with credit dispute management, including preparing and updating dispute letters through Dispute Fox software. • Maintain and update client credit reports and related records. • Respond to and manage emails and client communications professionally and promptly. • Provide general administrative support (document organization, scheduling, recordkeeping). • Engage with the business’s social media platforms as needed (basic engagement such as responding to messages, comments, and inquiries). • Collaborate with the business owner to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency. Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements: • Prior experience in credit repair, administrative support, or customer service preferred. • Familiarity with Dispute Fox or similar credit repair CRM/software is an advantage. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. • Proficient with standard office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, email management). • Reliable internet connection and ability to work within Eastern Standard Time (10 AM–12 PM). Work Schedule • Contracted Hours per Week: 10Hours/Week • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday • Daily Working Time: 10AM -12PM EST Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
