Diamond Client Consulting (DCC) is seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in both corporate and personal tax preparation. The ideal candidate will possess a current CPA license, a deep understanding of tax regulations, and a passion for helping small to mid-sized businesses navigate their tax obligations.

Prepare and review corporate and personal tax returns for small to mid-sized businesses.
Provide expert tax advice and planning to optimize client tax outcomes.
Handle tax filings primarily for Texas entities, with the ability to manage multi-state tax requirements.
Stay current with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance with all tax-related deadlines and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
Active CPA license (required).
Proven experience in corporate and personal tax preparation.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations, with an emphasis on Texas and multi-state filings.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
