CPA – Tax Specialist (Remote, Part-Time, Contract)

Diamond Client Consulting (DCC) is seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in both corporate and personal tax preparation. The ideal candidate will possess a current CPA license, a deep understanding of tax regulations, and a passion for helping small to mid-sized businesses navigate their tax obligations. Responsibilities... • Prepare and review corporate and personal tax returns for small to mid-sized businesses. • Provide expert tax advice and planning to optimize client tax outcomes. • Handle tax filings primarily for Texas entities, with the ability to manage multi-state tax requirements. • Stay current with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. • Ensure compliance with all tax-related deadlines and reporting requirements. Qualifications • Active CPA license (required). • Proven experience in corporate and personal tax preparation. • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations, with an emphasis on Texas and multi-state filings. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
