Join us in disrupting the legal industry and beyond while working alongside our talented team!About the Position: This role offers the flexibility of being primarily remote while also requiring in-person coverage of depositions and legal proceedings. The position reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager.Responsibilities: Assisting with live Prevail depositions/sessions, which include:Recording on Prevail platformDeposition Read on/Swearing in WitnessMarking and maintaining ExhibitsMonitoring and managing the sessionAssisting any sessions with technical/administrative needsRequired Qualifications:Current Court Reporting or Notary License for state Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience with video conferencing/database platformsExcellent working knowledge of Google Workspaces/Slack/Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)A webcam, headset, and computer are needed as well for remote depositions!Compensation:Appearance Fee: $50-75 per hour; Page Rate: TBD.
