Job Title : COUPA functional SME Location : Remote Job Type : w2 Job Description: We are seeking a Coupa Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the design, configuration, and optimization of Coupa solutions, with a focus on procurement and spend management processes. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Coupa modules and hands-on experience integrating Coupa with Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Responsibilities: Act as the functional SME for Coupa, advising business and IT stakeholders on best practices in procurement and sourcing processes. Lead functional design, configuration, and validation of Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Supplier Management, etc.). Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into Coupa functional solutions. Work closely with technical teams to support Coupa Salesforce integration, ensuring business process alignment. Conduct workshops, training, and UAT sessions with business users. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide guidance on process improvements. Support deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities for Coupa rollouts. Maintain process documentation, functional specs, and knowledge-sharing materials. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Coupa Functional Consultant/SME with end-to-end implementation and support experience. Strong knowledge of Coupa Integration with enterprise platforms, including Salesforce. Deep understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, invoicing, and expenses processes. Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Coupa modules. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work across cross-functional teams and translate business needs into Coupa solutions. Preferred: Coupa Functional Certification(s). Experience with ERP integration (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
