## What You’ll Be Doing Community Building Foster a strong and engaged local community around KAST's crypto card product. Go-to-Market Strategy Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the USA market, utilizing community engagement, paid marketing, referrals, and campaigns. Navigate Regulation Understand the domestic regulatory landscape and ensure KAST operates effectively and compliantly. Local Product Development Develop and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for USA, combining paid marketing, referrals, community engagement, and partnerships. Domestic Scaling Drive significant growth in Monthly Active Users (MAU) and FIAT in/out volumes within the market. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team for local activation, leverage campaign and referral mechanisms, and collaborate with the product team to build features with high potential for success. ## What You'll Bring Experience Proven experience in a leadership role at a crypto exchange or crypto card product is essential. We need individuals who understand the demanding nature of this industry. Market Knowledge Deep understanding of the USA market, including local product expectations and user behaviors.
