• Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing, discounts, and product availability.
• Stay informed about new products and industry trends to better serve customers.
Qualifications
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Previous experience in retail sales or a similar environment is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Proficient in English; additional language skills are highly valued.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic understanding of retail math concepts to assist in transactions.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
