Position Summary:
Our reservation agents assist Costco members in the planning of their vacation travel, with a focus on first-call resolution in a fast-paced call center environment.
Job Duties/Essential Functions:
ย Handles member calls in a friendly and efficient manner.
ย Uses airline and in-house computer systems to make member reservations.
ย Confirms reservations accurately.
ย Communicates membersย needs to other support departments.
ย Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location.
Experience, Skills, Education & Licenses/Certifications:
Required:
ย Effective listening and communication skills.
ย Excellent customer service skills.
ย Typing speed minimum of 30 words per minute.
ย Detail-oriented approach to work.
Recommended:
ย Sales experience (preferably phone sales).
ย Travel industry experience.
ย Call center experience.
ย Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing work environment.
ย Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer.
ย Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of the business including nights, weekends, and holidays.
ย High school diploma or GED

ย Management will review the Job Analysis for this position prior to a job offer.
Compensation: $19.50-$29.90
