In this high-impact role, you’ll manage day-to-day cash operations, optimize global liquidity, and ensure tight control over our financial infrastructure. You’ll help shape scalable processes, strengthen compliance, and play a key role in building a world-class treasury function. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love bringing order to complexity, we’d love to meet you.What You’ll DoCash Management: Monitor daily cash positions, ensuring accurate liquidity levels, and forecast cash flows to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.Financial Operations: Oversee management of daily financial operations, including funding card operations, paying down debt, and ensuring business continuity.Banking Operations: Manage Ramp’s global bank account infrastructure, including working with Partnerships, Legal, and Accounting to open new bank accounts around the world. Governance & Compliance: Perform key controls and build strong compliance muscle for Treasury.Process Optimization: Participate in technology projects aimed at enhancing treasury systems and workflows, driving efficiency and accuracy.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, supporting negotiations and optimizing service terms.Market Awareness: Stay updated on Treasury/payments/market trends to inform strategic decisions and treasury practices.What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.2+ years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or a related financial role.
