Job Description Human Capital Partners are working with a top 20 Practice to conduct the search to appoint a key hire to their Corporate Tax team. We can offer full-time, part-time and hybrid working set up. The firm have grown rapidly and boasts an excellent and rapidly growing client base of UK and international clients with varying levels of complexity. The profile of person we seek can vary from recently qualified (ACA, CTA, ATT) to a Head of Personal Tax. Working within our tax department, you must have experience working within a mixed tax practice. You will be exposed to many aspects of tax including but not limited to: Employee share incentive plans, employment related securities returns Corporate reconstructions HMRC tax clearances Trust tax planning Inheritance tax planning Transactional work including tax due diligence Overseas aspects including double tax treaties Capital gains tax planning VAT advice EMI returns ATED and residential property CGT returns Corporation tax return preparation and review
