This strategic role requires a sophisticated recruitment professional who can execute both external talent acquisition and internal mobility initiatives while bringing a global perspective to our hiring practices. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, driving talent pipeline development that aligns with organizational growth objectives across multiple markets and business units.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent AcquisitionPartner with senior leadership and hiring managers to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for both external hiring and internal mobility programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and workforce planning initiativesDesign and implement global sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across diverse markets, leveraging international recruitment channels and best practicesBuild and maintain robust talent pipelines proactively, anticipating future hiring needs and market trends to minimize time-to-fill for critical positionsDrive employer branding initiatives with a global perspective, positioning the organization as an employer of choice in competitive talent markets Full-Cycle Recruitment ManagementManage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple departments and sites simultaneously, from workforce planning through onboardingConduct sophisticated candidate assessments including competency-based interviews, behavioral assessments, and cultural fit evaluationsOversee internal talent mobility programs, partnering with HR Business Partners to identify high-potential employees for advancement opportunitiesCoordinate recruitment activities across different time zones and cultural contexts for global hiring initiatives Stakeholder Management & ConsultationServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives on talent acquisition strategy, market intelligence, and recruitment best practicesProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform hiring decisions and optimize recruitment effectivenessFacilitate calibration sessions with stakeholders to ensure consistent evaluation standards and decision-making Systems, Analytics & ComplianceAdminister and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity, compliance, and workflow efficiencyGenerate and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and inform strategic decisionsEnsure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and global recruitment standards across all hiring activities Talent Market IntelligenceMonitor and analyze talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry benchmarks to inform recruitment strategiesRepresent the organization at industry events, career fairs, and professional networks to enhance brand visibility and candidate engagementCultivate relationships with external partners, universities, and professional organizations to strengthen talent pipelines

Qualifications:
Experience4+ years of corporate recruiting experience with demonstrated progression in responsibility and scopeProven track record in both external recruitment and internal talent mobility/succession planningGlobal recruiting experience across multiple countries or regions, with understanding of diverse talent markets and cultural nuancesExperience in BPO, contact center, or high-volume recruitment environments (strongly preferred)Multi-site and multi-department recruitment experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes Skills & CompetenciesStrategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into actionable talent acquisition plansExceptional stakeholder management and consulting skills with C-level and senior leadershipAdvanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technologiesStrong analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive recruitment decisions and strategyExcellent communication and influencing skills across diverse audiences and culturesProven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-urgency environments while maintaining quality standards KnowledgeDeep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, including diversity recruiting and candidate experience optimizationKnowledge of global recruitment trends, employment laws, and compliance requirementsFamiliarity with various sourcing channels including social media platforms, professional networks, and passive candidate engagement strategies Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldProfessional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or recruitment certificationsExperience with HRIS systems and HR analytics toolsBackground in organizational development or workforce planning
