CORPORATE STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS DIRECTOR-(KANSAS CIT
For our client, we are seeking a CORPORATE STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS DIRECTOR-(KANSAS CIT to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $200,000 – $275,000 annually
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional service and value for clients
• Manage territory with strategic engagement and prioritization
• Conduct strategic interviews and fresh eyes reviews with clients
• Establish multi-level connections with clients
• Develop and implement client relationship and retention strategies
• Assist in contract extensions and negotiations
• Lead the rebid process for top accounts
• Oversee budget management
Qualifications
• BA or BS degree required
• Travel required up to 60%
• District level management experience in food service management
• Experience with multiple client interfaces
• Strategic thinking capability
• Proproposal and proforma experience required
• Ability to read and interpret financial data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
