Corporate Services Coordinator
Sort incoming mail for distribution and handle all outgoing mail (U.S. Mail, FedEx letters, FedEx Ground parcels, etc.). Procure and distribute appropriate supplies and documents while using preset guidelines and cost savings measures. Provide support services to all departments on a consistent basis. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external contractors and customers.
Essential Functions
Ā Obtain and inventory company office, shipping, and contractor supplies.
Ā Retrieve daily inbound parcels, sort, and communicate with receivers of mail to distribute as needed. Send out all company mail and maintain inventory of postage stamps, updating stakeholders as identified in processes. Manage HR, Finance, and Safety and Compliance department mail in accordance with processes and required security.
Ā Manage supply orders for contractors as requested or required by the contractor or fleet facing departments. Assemble and mail packets, seals, and information as needed. Manage inventory of supplies and packets. Process chargebacks as required.
Ā Manage contractor toll payments. Process chargebacks as required.
Ā Other duties as required.
Education
High school diploma or GED required
Experience
0-1 years' of experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ā Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Access.
Ā Basic bookkeeping and inventory skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $14.40- $18.00
