- Track recruiting metrics and adapt processes for increased efficiency and satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience within healthcare
- BA/BS or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Full competency in MS Office
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with healthcare recruiting
- Familiarity with Workday is highly desired
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
