Corporate Recruiter (Entry Level)

They are looking to add a Corporate Recruiter to focus on recruiting non-exempt positions for various locations across the nation, providing support to hiring managers and HR partners throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities Work proactively with hiring managers and HR partners to understand their immediate and upcoming hiring needs Post all open positions to multiple sources to drive applicant traffic Review and call every qualified applicant within 48 hours of receiving their application (heavily phone based) Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position Conduct regular follow-up with managers and HR partners Build networks and utilize sourcing tools to find qualified passive candidates Use our Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) to organize candidate resumes, search candidates, and keep in compliance with OFCCP regulations Will manage high volume of requisitions Other duties assigned Skills Bachelors' Degree in Communications, Business, HR (or related discipline) or equivalent experience Experience with MS Office Products, Internet search and software-based Applicant Tracking System Ability to communicate with hiring managers and candidates at all levels (written/verbal) Desire to be on the phone the majority of the day screening candidates and building relationships 1+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting talent preferred Bi-lingual - Spanish is a plus Benefits Discretionary bonus 401(k) plan / group retirement savings program Short-term and long-term disability benefits Life insurance Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Health and wellness programs Company Overview CRH manufactures and distributes building materials and products for construction projects.
